Vudu Damballa No. 7 5 Pack
"4 Stars based on value"
Been smoking the hell out of these this year. Best overall value on a decent smoke. Very consistent. Med bodied, two dimensional flavor but so what as long as it is good. Pairs well with bourbon, coffee, beer and Dr.Pepper.

"cigar case"
Bought similar cigars in round thing like this and when ya smoke them all and don t want to put more in I washed them out and used for a canister for coffee and other stuff it all kept real fresh. Thought this was a great idea. Thanks, Linda

Vudu Damballa No. 3
"Problems in a nice package."
So I absolutely loved the jar these came in and for the first few smokes everything was great the flavor, burn, everything. However, the more I get into these cigars the more I notice that the wrappers are cracked and caps are damaged. The burn and quality is not consistent. I had high hopes for this, and maybe I just got a bad batch. My experience would lead me to never buy these again though.

"A very pleasant surprise"
Skeptical at first but after trying a 5 pack I was pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent cigar for the price range it is in. I would compare it to much more expensive cigars. I have paid a lot more for cigars that I would not try again. I will try these again.

Vudu Damballa No. 9
"Kinda 50/50 for another buy"
I m really stuck between, should I buy these again or should I stay away from Vudu or maybe it s just the Damballa line? Not sure yet. But! Upon arrival of my jar of 19 no.9 which is the 6 3/4 X 50. About half the cigars were damaged. Either cracked at the foot or right above the cap and a few with cracks in the center and most cracked at the band which seems to be because the band is too tight. I took off all the plastic wrappers just to find some of the sticks wrapped leaf was slightly undone.
Now on to the smoke. I m 4 cigars into the jar so far and out of 4 so far only 1 has been enjoyed without issue. The flavor notes have been different throughout each one. 1 had a lot of chocolate notes going on but the rest have been very well balanced so consistency has been GOOD. That sumatra leaf really adds to the flavor profile of it being earthy. IMPO I d say it s a mild full body smoke. Very creamy. Been great with a cappuccino and went very with an 18yo rum
I feel it s a great cigar but the defects have really torn me off. I m normally a Fuente guy but if your a 4 or 5 stick a week person like I am then it s good to have a solid cheaper priced cigar for your majority of smokes.
I ll try and enjoy the rest of these Damballas but on the next buy I think I ll try Dark or Sacrifice which seems to be the only ones with most reviews.

"Good tasting cigar."
I enjoy these with a cup of coffee in the morning while walking the dogs. Hints of leather and pepper with a nice finish. Easy draw on a shorter smoke that doesn t involve a big time investment. The storage tin works great with the humidification packet that was provided.May need to age them a bit longer as a couple did have a bit of an uneven burn. But I would buy these again.
