"Very mild and boring"
Really mild. I expected that, but hoped that Rocky would make it more complex or interesting, as mild cigars don't have to be boring. Skip it unless you're new to smoking.

"Yo Adrian...Rocky just knocked out the competition"
It?s been over a year now and I am just finishing up my first box of AM Toros. They say good things come to those who wait and I must agree wholeheartedly. While these smokes are good right out of the box, they move closer to great the longer you mature them. I plan on buying a few boxes this order, some to smoke immediately and some to age for at least a year or two. The American Market is the first mild cigar that I have truly taken pleasure in and is a great change of pace from my usual medium/full and full lineup. In my humble opinion, the American Market even outshines the comparable RP Vintage '99 (which I have smoked quite a few of). I recommend saving the extra $35+ and putting it toward another box of smokes or a good bottle of single malt (or gas given the current status of things).

"Great Cigar"
I used to only smoke Fuente 858, and Romeo & Julieta Vintage 2. I now will only smoke Rocky Patels, especially the Amer. Mkt. selection. This is a great cigar compared to some that are double the price. Easy draw, cosistent with every box. I haven't had a bad one yet out of 4 boxes. My Uncle and Cousins have also made the switch. Keep up the great work Rocky..........

"Good buy!"
I bought 2 boxes of the RP Toro AMS on the auction site. Mild to medium good cigar at a great price. Nice burn, smooth draw, good flavor. I will keep these in my humidor.

"No Airball"
Tried the Toro after sitting in my humidor for @ 4 weeks. And it was a nice surprise! I lean towards more full bodied smokes , but still I really enjoyed this as a change of pace. Burn, draw and construction were nice. It was more mild than med. but it still had enough flavor to hold my attention right to the nub. A nice smoke that can be enjoyed by new smokers as well as the seasoned smoker who would like a nice daytime smoke.

"disappointed"
I am not sure why RP designed these really. They are certainly not his best on flavour and my first two refused to stay alight. Construction and appearance seem fine, but I will leave the remainder of the box in a few different humidors for 6 mths plus and smoke the 9 free samplers instead. As the previoud Gent said, Gispert are much better but then so are others in the Rocky Soprano stable. Roy.R

"It s Alright"
You get what you paid for, very light smokes, there seems to be a bit of inconsistency within the box. If you are looking for a very light, earthy smoke then these are for you.
