"If I had to pick one cigar...."
If I had to pick one cigar to smoke, the 3000 maduro would be at the very top of my list. They are super every time. Well constructed, great burn, fantastic taste, and pleasant aroma all the way to the label. I also like the natural wrapper, but the maduro is tops for me.

"Padron does it the right way"
So many manufacturers make this broad range of cigars in all different varieties and flavors that you can't even figure out which ones to smoke. Padron makes a limited number of blends and does them the same every time. I don't have to worry about if each one will taste or burn differently. They are consistently perfect and a great bang for the buck. Rich, full flavored and you don't have to baby them. They are tough as nails. I have a lot of high end cigars in my humidor but many of them end up being a dissapointment. These are always good and the 1926 and 1964 are exceptional for special occasions or when you just want to treat yourself. Great job Padron!!

"Too much air there."
Bought a four pack based on other reviews...I hope I just got a not so good batch. The construction is good, the flavor not bad though not quite what I was expecting...very mild and not as full bodied as I was hoping. The most fault I found was in the draw (sucking air).It was as if the cigar was full of holes though I could find none.Every pull was like I had no resistance at all, none. The cigar felt lighter than most like it was not rolled tight enough or with the proper amount of filler.I do not want to give up on the Padron but I hesitate to try more. For now Trinidad is my smoke of choice.

"Outstanding smoke for the money"
There are many excellent cigars on the market in that $4-$5 range, but the Padron is, in my opinion the most flavorful, well constructed stick in their class.
Everybody has different tastes, but I swear, if you don't like this baby, you're hard to please.

"Best affordable non CC"
If you can't afford to smoke Cubans everyday (like me) then smoke these. You will be very satisfied

"Disappointed, Disappointed, and Disappointed"
I ordered up a 5 pack of Padron 3000 maduro. For the first time since smoking cigars have I ever taken back my statement that "You can't go wrong with a Padron." First and foremost, this cigar was disgracefully rolled. I have smoked "Backwoods" that looked more pleasant. Second, all five of them looked identical; each had the same pathetic roll as the next. There is no way this escaped a trained eye; it was plain as day. Now on to the taste; the taste was flat; strong and flat. No character whatsoever, no nice tobacco flavor, just strong smoke. The kick in the crotch was that I paid five bucks a stick for these smokes. Not even bundle cigars come out this bad for this price. It will be a cold day in hell before I waste another dime on what was once a no brainer. Padron, you have disappointed a once loyal customer!!

"Nice, but disappointing"
I'm fairly new to cigar smoking, so I do some research of reviews and ratings before I try a new cigar. The readers here and on other sites sing the praises of Padron thousands series cigars, so I thought I'd give them a try. After having my third out of the four pack, I cannot honestly say that this was all that satisfying. The burn was good, the construction nice, but the draw was a bit heavy and didn't produce the smoke I thought it should until halfway through. The big disappointment was the taste. I would say it was one dimensional and a bit harsh. I prefer maduros but was not pleased by the taste of this at all. I've smoked other maduros that are much more flavorful and smooth. My Rocky Patel seconds are way better than this. Going against the hype, I wouldn't buy this again

"Excellent"
Excellent cigar. Rich, deep, creamy flavor, but still somehow mild, smooth rather than harsh. Nice secondary aroma, too. Nice finish, even burn, better than almost anything I've tried.

"GOOD TO HOLD AND FINE TO SMOKE..."
LOVE THE WRAPPER AND THE FLAVOR IS JUST ENOUGH FOR AN AFTER-DINNER SIT...
