"Buyer beware"
Tequila yes. Mexican cigars taste like funk.

"Te Amo Returns"
I am not a true cigar afficianado. I just get into moods where I want to enjoy them then break away again. I try different brands when I get back to it. I am always wanting the Te Amos because of memories of them fitting my taste. Not being popular in local shops I finally got to order some. Again they hit the spot. After trying many and getting referrals for what might fit me, I am back to my Te Amos.

"This is what a cigar is meant to taste like!"
Now this is why I smoke cigars. Great taste from start to finish with a thick aromatic smoke. Wrapped tight with an even burn. Thank you Mexico!

Te Amo Robusto
"Not bad"
This is without doubt my favorite size cigar, 5.5x54. It burns uneven, looks as rough as a corncob and came in a little dry. The flavor is an entirely different matter...the Te Amo actually tastes quite good. A little sweeter than the Don Tomas and not as good as La Perla Habana Black Pearl, but not too bad. I doubt that I'd buy any more unless the price came down to under 45 bucks.

"Stale"
These cigars were horrible, possibly the worst I've ever smoked. They tasted and smelled stale, arrived dried out, burned unevenly, and most importantly tasted horrible. I ended up throwing the last one away. The take away message for me was never buy cigars online unless you like getting saddled with inferior smokes.

"Usually a good to almost great smoke"
I have been smoking the Te Amo Maduro Toro for about 15 years. Except for one occasion, they have been very good smokes bordering upon "almost great". They are mild to medium with a very consistent burn but only after they settle in a humidor. I had two cigars, purchased at the same time, that were pretty young and burned horribly. They were direct from a local tobaccanist before a golf game.

"Decent Cigar for $$."
For those of you that enjoy experiencing different cigars the Te-Amo won't disappoint you. The pre-smoke aroma is unique and you won't have any trouble with the construction or burn.

"Horrible, Harsh"
I smoked this for about 10 minutes and then had to put it out. I was gifted this from a BOTL and I would consider it more of a curse than a gift. Cigar was veiny, bumpy and initial draws were very harsh. Finish was of tobacco taste but the taste during smoking was not desirable.
