Onyx Reserve Toro
"Onyx Reserve Toro"
Medium priced mild smoke. Burns evenly right to the stub. Consistent and pleasant taste from start to finish. Accompanies well with scotch, dark beers and good coffee.

"Cold weather performance"
Must of the cigars in the market can t withstand cold weather. Some get cracked or unwrapped. This cigars, Onyx, is well constructed and can withstand extreme cold weather without getting down. Is surprisingly excellent.

Onyx Reserve Toro
"You dont have to spend 20 bucks to get an outstanding cigar"
Onyx reserve are full of flavor and burn well and long. They are full bodied and super rich. A wonderful smoke at an unbeatable price. One of my favorite cigars. If you are looking for a full bodies rich cigar with notes of leather chocolate, a caramel- like sweet background and a medium pepper you will love this one.

"Onyx Reserve Toro"
I have no problem recommending these cigars. This batch was not as good as i normally receive but still better than most. With all the rain we have had in my area I believe these were a little moist so the first few cigars did not burn well. Nothing some time out of the humidor will not cure.

Onyx Reserve Toro
"I didn t get it"
The one I tried to smoke must have been the lemon. It was very slow burning because of an extremely tight draw. I felt like it was hard work to smoke. The few puffs I managed to get out of this stick tasted more like charred nuts. The strenght was definitely there and for my palet it overpowered other flavors that the other smokers were able to get out of this cigar. After struggling with it thru 1/2 and not noticing any improvement I also massaged it to loosen it up , I had to put it down. It s a great looking stick ... I just didn t get it smh. Because of this I find it hard to give it any grade above a C .

Onyx Reserve Robusto
"Excellent, but I prefer the Belicoso"
Draw was waaay too tight in the beginning, but after some massaging the stick loosened up becoming almost spongy by the midpoint.
The last third was the best flavor-wise, but unfortunately it was too shortly lived.
The whole burn time was about 45 minutes.
88 points [flavor-wise, 85 points for the first half, and 90 points for the last third].
