LGC Serie R Pyramid
"Last box lacked consistency"
For years these have been my go-to cigar. Great bold flavor, good burn, consistent draw. But the last box I just received are inconsistent in the taste and burn. Several have smoked like I am making a dugout canoe and only burn down one side with the taste a little raw. I will finish the box and see how bad the problem is but at $188 a box these should be more consistent.

Good solid smoke. Well rolled. Well packaged and protected. Take out of wrapping and leave in humidor for a few days before smoking.

"Our Go-to cigar"
I have a son and two sons-in-law that enjoy occasional cigars. It s hard to believe that 4 of us agree on and prefer the same cigar - La Gloria #6 Maduro and for special occasions, La Gloria #7 Maduro . We ve tried many but keep coming back to LG #6 Maduro. The taste is great especially with a nice 18 yo scotch. Once in awhile the cigar starts to unravel after cutting not often but enough to lower to construction one notch , and occasionally there is a slightly uneven burn. Neither dissuades us from coming back to our Go-to, LG #6 Maduro.

"Very good full flavored smoke"
For fans of full flavored cigars, this definitely is a solid choice. I smoked my first right after the cellophane and initially found it to be a little too overpowering. I typically prefer milder sticks.
The review on this cigar from Famous says to take your time with it. I agree with it. Smoke it fast and you miss a lot of the nuances. What I love about this, as I love about all Gloria Cubanas, is the wrapper. So flavorful and with such a nice mouthfeel.
Draw is perfect, aroma is outstanding. You just can’t go wrong with this one. I’m really looking forward to my next one after it’s had a few weeks to condition in the humidor.
