Hoyo De Monterrey Sabrosos
"Pleasantly surprised"
I got this in a sampler pack and was pleasantly surprised that such as small cigar could pack quite a punch.

Hoyo De Monterrey Sultans
"You cant go wrong with this Cigar!"
I have been a big fan of Sultans for years, they are not flashy or the new flavor of the month, however if you looking for a well made smooth medium cigar that will give you a great smoke and flavor with superior construction at an affordable price they your search has ended.

"Great Smoke!"
This is a great smoke, easy draw, nice medium flavor. You really cant go wrong. I have read some of the bad reviews and am shocked this has been my number one smoke for years.
Perhaps product was old when they purchsed?

"Great Value"
For the money these are the best cigar made. I stay away from D.R. cigars, Because they DRAW to hard. These are a small cigar, but they are great in every way. Buy Honduran.

Hoyo De Monterrey Largo Elegan
"wrapped a little too tight"
Great taste. I actually perferred these over RP's cuban blend lancero. On the down side the draw is a bit too tight. Other than that I thought they were awesome.

Hoyo Rothschild 5 Pack
"Old Favorite Revisited"
Smoked Hoyo De Monterry's many years ago and they were a great smoke then. Strayed away from them over the years, always trying "NEW" blends that were out there. Recently smoked one again and all the reasons why I loved them came back when the cigar was done. Excellent construction, easy draw, thick clouds of smoke. Notes of pepper at the start and evolves into a earthy deep rich smoke with touches of black coffee and chocolate. A classic that is still great today.

"Great smoke, terrific value!"
Even burn, consistent draw. Construction is good. For my money the Hoyo cigars are the best value going. I would pay twice as much and still be happy( don't get any ideas FSS!) Great all around cigar for the newbie to the more advanced taste. If you are looking for a daily smoker or a golf course smoke this is it.

Hoyo De Monterrey Petit (10)
"mighty mouse packs a punch!"
This is one of the most flavorful cigarillos i ever had. It is small, but packs quite a punch. They're not kidding about it being full strength. I love these because they are a short smoke and they get the job done.

"A First Class Smoke at Budget Price"
I smoked my first of these last night having bought them on a whim. I am a regular smoker of Cuban Hoyos living, as I do, outside the US. I have to say that I thought these Honduran cigars were exceptional. Beautifully constructed, excellent draw and a wonderfully rounded flavour and aroma made for a truly first class smoke. I enjoyed this almost as much as a Cuban Cohiba Lancero. A cigar of three parts in my view. Sweet and mild in the first third, followed by rich leather and spice in the second and finishing once again on a slightly lighter, mellow note. Not a trace of bitterness throughout meaning a delight from start to finish. I had none of the burn difficulties expressed by the gentleman from Seattle. Steady all the way through, I had 3 inches of ash clinging on at one stage. Near to cigar perfection at an amazing price.
