"Beware - these cigars bite back"
I didnt think I was a lightweight until i smoked one of these before food. They are more strength than flavour so perhaps need more humidor time and feeding intra venously.

"Good looking cigar"
Yes the band is cool. The contruction was very good. It burned with just a slight run. My bad, I smoked it as soon as it arrived. I liked it.

"Strong but not harsh"
Thought is was a solid, good smoke. If you like to attack your cigar and not baby it, you will like the Kuro. If you want it to be to be mellow, this is not for you.

"This is why they don't make cigars in Africa"
Wow, this cigar is complete garbage. It tastes like tar. The flavor is so strong it's not even good. I love strong cigars, but this one was so unnecessary. I was looking for a very strong cigar; this one was just completely horrible. No taste at all. If you like the taste of TAR or PETROL OIL then buy this. It's got bad construction, the wrapper unravels easily, and the draw is really tight. Some cigars are just bad, it doesn't always depend on the smokers' taste.

"OVERPRICED"
This cigar is really strong, too strong. The burn is very uneven and you will need to take care of this cigar more carefully than a suicidal preteen: you will need to relight it roughly 7 times per smoke, its ridiculous, the overall ordeal this cigar causes does not outweigh any other factor: in fact, there is no other factor. It tastes like dirt mixed with raid. NOT good, I've tried 3 so far, two of them humidified for a few months. I used a premium butane lighter, and cut it properly, there is no excuse to this pathetic, disgusting abomination. I thought it would be unique and exotic to smoke an African cigar, WRONG. They should NOT be charging so much for such a poorly constructed cigar, no excuses.

"Decent Cameroon, needs humidor time"
I torched one a day or so after receiving my 5 pack, and was a bit put off. The flavor and aroma were much harsher than I expected from a Cameroon. The construction was good; its a very nice looking cigar (tho the draw was a bit tight). Fortunately, after about a month in cedar, they've significantly improved. While still strong, the flavor/aroma is much smoother. I'm not certain they merit the current prices, but if you do buy, give them some time in cedar, and I think you'll be very pleased.

"Ok, the band may be the best part of this cigar"
Heard a man saying how he enjoyed the Africa line in a smoke shop in Midland TX, so I bid on some from Famous. Smoked one right away and found it ordinary at best. Waited 3 weeks in the humidor and tried my 2nd one. Great looking cigar and beautiful band. Started great and flavorful, but it didn't last; fought to keep it lit, burned uneven, touched it up twice. Keep going out, unusual for me, and the flavor seemed to leave as the agravation of smoking the thing increased. I'll finish the last three and be glad I didn't buy a box!

"Still searching..."
The burn was inconsistant. The flavor was early and then faded away. Beautiful cigar in every way, it just didn't pull the trigger. Still looking for the large cigar with the full package. Next stop, Rocky Patel Vintage Sixty.

"Nice strong smoke"
Africa Duma is a very strong smoke. I like the power of this smoke. The flavor is like dark mahogany wood twisting and swirling with every puff. There is alot nicotine to keep your attention. Yet the burn is a little streaky and the aftertaste is alittle chalky. Other than that, its a keeper!

"Africa Kifaro"
It has been a long time since I`ve smoked a cigar that I had been anticipating without some let down. I couldn`t shoot any holes in this one. A beautiful, almost antique oiled leather look. Full flavor/body. Pleasant aroma. A must try. I did not experience any draw or burn problems whatsoever with the Kifaro. Probably the best "new" cigar I`ve had this year, so far.
