HC Victorian Toro
"Superb"
The HC Victorian Toro is a wonderful, flavorful, well-crafted smoke. The wrapper is dark and oily, the construction yields an even burn. I d rank it right up there with the other Foundation stalwarts, the Tabernacle Havana Seed line.
