You can t go wrong with a Don Carlos, or for that matter any Arturo Fuente offering. I prefer the Don Carlos #2, but the belicoso is a more affordable & quite acceptable substitute. They never disappoint.

Love the cigars, good smoke, good aroma. It is a little smaller than the #2, but I wanted to try it because a friend recommended Don Carlos. Next time, I will order the #2 Don Carlos.

Nice, it really is up there with the quality of an opus in construction, not quite there to me in taste. Nonetheless, well worth the multi box purchase. Will age great I'm sure, in fact, I think they need a little time.

The Don Carlos Belicoso is a rare cigar. Aged at least 5 years. The smooth and creamy smoke rolls out your mouth. You pick up hints of cedar and nuts. The burn is spot on, as the ash holds on like cement. The perfect cigar for breakfast or a night cap. Thats why I bought two boxes. My go to cigar until something better comes along.

This is my 4th or 5th box of these. They are well constructed, burn perfectly, & have the right draw right down to the nub.

"Good... but worth the price?"

This is by all means a premium cigar, however I was expecting JUST a little bit more. My love for Fuente blends and Cameroon wrappers may have lifted my expectations past unreasonable, however I don't think that was the case in this instance. I enjoyed it, but I think I payed a too much for the Fuente name. If you are a fan of these, I recommend also trying the La Aurora Preferidos line - specifically the #1. They also come with a hefty price tag, but you'll notice the difference in quality.

I smoke many, many different brands of cigars but the Don Carlos line for the money is my absolute favorite.

I can not say one thing bad about this cigar. It is flavorable, burns perfect, and is good from the begining to the end! bought a few extra for a rainy day. hope it rains soon!
