The reason I prefer Maduro wraps is that they are less prone to splitting. They do on occasion but not bad. I also enjoy the deeper flavor profile of a maduro cigar. These meet that expectation.

So let me preface this with the fact that my four star rating isn t based on all cigars, just really cheap ones. It s not really fair to rate a cheap cigar like this to the same standard of a Perdomo, or something. Anyway, the bundle I got was surprisingly well constructed, a little lighting along the way to keep even at times. Taste was okay. Mine was a little soft, like they were kept at a bit high humidity, but not terribly so. Draw was a little tight but not obnoxious. Basically I buy a cheap cigar bundle every cold season, so I don t feel bad putting half of one out if I start to freeze my ass off. I would definitely buy these again next year.
