"Good cigar, very poor Customer Service"
This review is about the way Smoke Shop dealt with the fact that when I placed an order back in August 17th, I was supposed to get 20 cigars which I did and a free promotion of 10 Altadis Cigars that I never received. On Aug. 22nd, the day I received my cigars, I tried to chat with someone, but due to time zones constraints, that was not possible. A few days after, I did it via e-mail and never got a response. Today, Sept. 22, after waiting for Smoke Shop to contact me, I decided to call Customer Service. After explaining my situation I was told that the promotional cigars were not sent because it was on a first come- first serve basis . ??? To me that is not the right answer, if the promotion is available on your website, you must honor it or at least offer a replacement for it. NO! Customer service simply said sorry for the inconvenience . I explained that I am was as of just now a recurring buyer, but nothing was offered to keep me as a customer. I am very disappointed with Smoke Shop. The good thing is that we consumers, have plenty of other options. So long Smoke Shop!

"Full bodied, good value"
Consistent draw and burn. Starts as very full bodied but mellows at about 1/3. One of my standard go to smokes.

"Best Romeo Y Julieta I ve ever had in my life"
I got a bunch of really awesome cigars as a Famous bonus when I purchased a few boxes of Onyx Esteli s. This Romeo is one of them. This cigar is top shelf from start to finish in every single category. The flavor profile is outstanding. It has everything I expect from an AJF cigar and then some. There s so much going on here, with flavors evolving as you go, it s literally mind boggling. No one else in my 40 years plus of daily cigar smoking has ever come remotely close to matching the all around skills that AJ has. The scary part is, he just keeps getting better. I predict it won t be long before his business is acquired for a record smashing price. If anyone ever earned it, this gentleman has. Thanks Famous, now you got me hooked on these, too.
