"Very underrated"
Very enjoyable smoke. Medium but still light, woody, and slight peppery notes. Still a novice but enjoyed this stick a lot!

"ok cigar"
I was excited to try this cigar, but i was not a giant fan. Had some really different tastes and was definitely on the fuller side of the medium smokes. It did seem to be a very loose roll that made it a really easy draw. Did seem to burn well and looked really good.

"Big, Dark, Full Flavored, Wild Complexity AAA"
This review is being written after trying just 2 of these SELCCION #3 s. AJF hit a grand slam with this size. The wrapper is much darker than those on the box of #2 s I bought. Everything about this cigar screams, AMAZING.I have to go back to a time during the first cigar boom way way back in the day. I bought two boxes of Padron 3000 in Maduro, and I swear, they were the most unique tasting cigars I had smoked in my life to that point. They had a, wait for it, hints of tropical fruit in the flavor profile. Just enough to let you know it was there. I ve not a Padron cigar since then that I d smoke again. This Onyx Esteli 3 is exploding with amazing layers of amazing flavor. Talk about over the top awesome, this is a one of a kind for me. See my review on the #2 and double everything it says and you have the #3.. Just WOW. Hey Famous, since I m taking the time to write a review, how about posting them? AJ Fernandez, once again, for the huge win. This never gets old. Great, fast service from Famous. And to Big John, the guy in the middle of the Cigar Advisor video on these, dude, you and I taste cigars very much the same way. You re note on this were SPOT on. Thanks again for turning me on to these fellas, my wallet is gonna feel some pain. LOL

"Excellent all around cigar"
I bought a box of these based on the Cigar Advisor YouTube review, and the fact that AJ Fernandez made them. Very well made cigar. Perfect draw and a straight up perfect burn. The wrapper is medium to darkish brown and quite nice looking. The flavor profile to me pops right from the start. Lots of everything I love in a cigar. One of the CAdvisor guys said he tasted black licorice hints in the cigar. I ll be danged, I did too. That was a first for me. As I smoked it, it dropped from a full blown flavor bomb down to medium bodied, smooth cigar with a ton of flavor complexity. Lots of changes going on during the hour it took to smoke it. This is a really tasty cigar that will go equally well with morning coffee or after a hearty meal. Recommended.
