"Junk"

Absolutely a piece of junk! I bought 2 of these and either one works! You have to keep pushing the button 15-20 times to get one light out of it. Needless to say they are going to the trash can!!

"Doesn t Work"

Actually from the first day I get the lighter on my hand, it’s not working flawless. It does not ignite from the first spark. I need to push spark button like 15 times in a row sometimes more in order to ignite the lighter, I am not exaggerating. I read the troubleshooting page in the user’s manual and bled the lighter and refilled with premium butane again but nothing changed. I could only used this lighter only for 8-10 times, I always used premium butane gas, did not dropped or crashed on somewhere, stored in the best suitable condition. I was expecting stylish, long lasting, durable, perfect working lighter but faced with an useless improperly working lighter. When I compare Lotus Orion lighter with my cheap Vertigo lighter, believe me Vertigo is working flawless. Even this feeling is enough to say that something is really wrong with the product.

This lighter works perfectly for lighting cigars at home or in a car. Works with windows down, but don t know about a convertible.

"Great... at first"

For the first week or so this thing was great. Ever since the very first time I refilled it, it has never acted right since. I follow all directions from Lotus, and even use Lotus butane. The lighting meacanism is not opening properly, and it only lights when it wants to. Attempting to exchange the product but I believe I am nearly three months out so I don’t see that happening.
