"Favorite"
A favorite of mine. Tight wrap. Stays lit. Good after dinner stick. But like all smokes it’s a preferred taste. Some don’t like flavored cigars but this one is mild and lightly sweet so it not candy like . If you’re a strict traditional guy it may not be your stick but if you appreciate different nuanced flavors, give it try.

"Don’t recommend for all, if you like Hazelnut coffee it’s probably fine for you"
Just my opinion, but I did not like this cigar very much. I did not taste chocolate or cherry at all. Just hazelnut coffee. I am biased, as I do not like hazelnutty flavors. I was handed this as my first cigar and was not having a good time.

"Good cigar"
Really well made cigar with an open draw, sharp burn, and a strong ash. I didn t pick up any infused flavors like I was expecting from a Java but I ll say that it paired perfectly with espresso

"*very* subtle flavor"
The “red” series are supposed to be coffee flavored with cherry and chocolate notes. Opening the package and smelling the cigar, I get a strong cherry chocolate cake flavor. The unlit draw is also similar and quite pleasant. Once lit, the cigar puts off a ton of smoke, and is fine, but all of the coffee, Cherry, and chocolate flavors are gone. It becomes a very single-noted tobacco flavor. It’s not bad, just not what I would get a Java Red for. Mine also had a super loose draw. This was my first box-press, so not sure if that’s related or not.
Overall, probably will not be getting again.
