Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro Monarca
"Wonderful!"
Most of the cigars in my rotation are Habanos, but the Padron Anniversary maduro models, especially the Monarca gran corona, is up there with the best. Bittersweet cocoa, cedar, and floral notes dominate. I keep these in my cellar at least a few years before I start to smoke them - they age extremely well. The construction is beautiful, the draw easy and generous, and the ash is so perfectly taut it is scarcely necessary to remove the ash more than three or four times from start to finish. A gem.

After placing the cigar to your lips, it kisses you then fills your mouth with a smooth delicious aged Nicaraguan where the body contains hints of wood, nuts and a minor spice with an almost unbelievably clean finish tantalizing, provoking and tempting your desire for the next kiss. Yes, it is a sensual gratification.

"One of the finest ever"
I have smoked two of these. One about six months age and one two days ago. There are a few GREAT cigars out there and this is one of them. If you want spend the money on a special cigar, this is the one! Pretty much perfect all the way around.

"Excellent cigar"
I've been smoking cuban cigars all the time and this year I went to LA. Since cuban cigars are banned in the USA I asked for a cigar that will be good substitute for cubans. Among few other cigars I got few of those Padrons and I was really amazed how they good are ! Some of the best cigars I ever had - I will definitely get more of those.

"Just Amazing!"
I was lucky enough to have a friend send me one. It was so amazing I just ordered a box of them. It is full of great flavor and the only way I can describe the taste left in my mouth is it felt like it left creamy milk chocolate. The draw is easy from start to finish and I don't know if I ever want to smoke anything else!
