"Forget it"
I read the reviews regarding canoeing, so I let the cigars rest in my humidor for a few months before smoking. I should correct myself and say attempting to smoke, as the cigar had severe canoeing. I had to trim it three times and relight before giving up 3/4 of the way through. Someone from the Famous Smoke staff needs to smoke one of these to confirm they canoe, then stop selling these babies to avoid soiling their company's reputation. The only redeeming point: If you are trying to quit smoking, this is your cigar.

"Ok for the price"
Not a bad tasting cigar but smoking them is a lot of work. The burn is poor, usually through the center of the cigar or uneven. I averages three relights per cigar. It does smoke better and taste better with age. No way its a "full" though. Mild is more like it.

"Junk"
Very disappointed. Had these listed as my favorites from years ago but I'll tell you what, someones cutting corners now. Harsh taste. Need to sit another 5 yrs. Return to sender! Pass on these.

"CRAP"
You have to fight this crap smoke from front to back. If I could afford to flush money down the toilet I would throw these in the crapper. You have to keep your lighter in one hand while you try to keep this turd burning in the other. The taste is as bad as a cheap La Floridita I had the misfortune to buy. I?ve tried many of the less expensive bundles looking for an affordable utility smoke but I?m giving up.

"Nice smoke !"
Good maduro smoke ! I'm buyin' em' again ! Hey, they ain't cubans, but you ain't gonna find em' for two bucks a stick ! Nice woody outputs. Torward the middle a nice chocolatey mocha coffee thing goin' on. Yeah, I'm gettin' em' again. And screw all these whiney coneseiurs ! I'd give em' an' 8 on a scale from 1 to 10.

"Very poor burn"
The filler is packed to loosely causing the burn to go down the center only. You have to keep on clipping the binder and wrapper off to keep it lit. For every 3 draws, I had to clip off 1 inch of binder and wrapper.

"Good & Bad"
I orderd 20 cigars. The cigars from 2008 were very dry and almost unsmokable, but the cigars from 2009 were excellent. They blow away Rocky 2nds.

"Beautiful cigar the looks fooled me"
A very handsom cigar I got off the auction and I am glad it was only ten. The first one I fired up was all good so far as taste and aroma goes then I noticed I had no ash just a dried up wrapper yes the dreaded tunneling was taking place right before my eyes. Then the next one and the next one again. I let the rest rest for a while and still the same results. Good thing I have some back-ups for situations like this.

"I was let down with these"
I got ten off the auction and I am glad it was only ten @ what I concidered a nice price. If I bougt them @ the full price I would be yelling and screaming about how I've been had. All of them it seems have too thick of a binder or maybe it.s the wrapper? every one so far has tunneled their way all the way to china. and to add to that the more I ( tried ) smoked the uglyier the taste got something like tar. i will put them ( the few remaining ) @ the bottom of the humidor for several months and see if it helps any.

"Yech"
I like Honduran cigars, but this is something different. I just tossed a bundle of these after a year of aging. I had hoped the tar-paper taste would mellow out some, but even mellow tar-paper is not enjoyable. The wrapper looks like tar-paper, thick and black. Then comes the surprise: it also smells and tastes like burning petroleum products. Since the first half-inch smells like burning insect parts, I don't think most people would get beyond that. I think these tunneled pretty bad. I cannot be sure because after the first inch I gave up. Famous has their brand on many, many great cigars. These are not among that group.
