Famous Nicaraguan 1000 Robusto
"Worth the price"
Bought these as a chewing cigar and they're fine. When they first arrived, I lit one and it was terribly bitter. Waited a couple of weeks for some humidor seasoning and tried another - much, much better. It's about a 40 minute smoke with good burn, great draw, and a punch packing finish. These are still my chewers, not my smokers; but if I need a decent quick smoke, I grab one of these.

"Holy Smokes"
I am the type of buyer that goes for a Cigar that is both high Quality and Well Priced. The 1000 is the best I have found thus far. I bought a bundle because of the price and from the 1st puff I've been extremely happy. Already have gone back and bought another bundle before they discontinue the deal. As a result this has forced me to make room in my Humidor before the new shipment comes in...I guess its time to have a cigar and bourbon party to get the inferior sticks out ASAP. Thanks Famous and for the Freedom loving cigar smokers out there Protect our right to smoke great cigars like this one and contact your Congressional Delegation.

This is a fery good cigar for the price, burned very consistant rich smoke but a few sticks were very tight and had a difficult draw. Most wer very good.

"One dimensional but good smoke for the price!"
Lightly packed torpedo with an easy draw. Burned well but flavor was one dimensional. For the money a good smoke considering what you pay for it. I would revisit this again if consistency is good.

"Okay smoke for the Price!"
Although packed on the lighter side of things, this cigar burned well. Draw was light as well. It was a good one dimensional smoke, even had a sweetness about it. Its an okay smoke considering the price point. I'll keep a few on hand for beginner's! :-)

"Nice smoke, good value."
I purchased these as value priced alternative to Romeo Y Juileta 1875. I think I found my every day smoke. The wrapper is sweet and the smoke is smooth and aromatic. A consistent smoke from beginning to end. The draw is a little tight but I think it adds a little character. Excellent construction.

"Always good to the last puff"
I've tried the Toro, Churchill,Torpedo and now the Robusto. Always good, always consistant. Lots of flavor, good draw. For my money these are the best value Famous has to offer.
