Inconsistent, poorly rolled, disappointing

From the first to the last, sadly a bad choice. Some were rolled way too loosly, many had imperefections that would leak smoke and cut down on the draw...but the taste was good,

Little too mild for me, ok for price though!

given the price point I'd say these are decent sticks. I really don't care that much for them though as I like a stronger/fuller flavor, especially in a manduro. Draw on the one's I smoked were fine. Construction was fine. I just didn't find the taste and flavor to my liking. All in all, not a bad cigar, just not my cup of tea.

Horrible draw can't get no smoke.

Taste..burn...very good but the draw is horrible and ruined my experience.

NOT GOOD

These were not good. Will never order these or any bundle because of this. Thank God for the return policy. Antonio & Cleopatra at Walgreens are more of a premieum cigar than any of the 25 I order. I guess you get what you pay for.

Poor /Inconsistent

Will not purchase again. 60% of bundle had poor draw, inconsistent construction. Experienced constant tunneling and canoeing. Although it was not a bad tasting cigar by any means (when you could get it to smoke)I will not purchase again

Very Good Cigar

This is a great tasting cigar. The affordable price is just icing on the cake. I tasted the Robusto in the shop and immediately bought a bundle of the Lonsdales.
I love the earthy taste that also gives a slight sweetness after the first inch or so. I took my time with this one and it smoked for almost 2hrs.
If the rest of the bundle is consistent I'll be restocking.
When time permits I'll be smoking this in the morning. It was a nice mate to my Hawaiian blend coffee.

Great mild, smooth smoke!

This is an excellent smoke. If you enjoy the A. Fuente Curly Head Deluxe, you will like this cigar. Good novice smoke or morning smoke for the pros.

One Bad Apple

I was searching for a good value in a daily Maduro smoke, and happened upon the Andros section of FSS. After reading the rave reviews comparing these sticks to smokes of twice the price, I decided to buy some Lonsdales. Unfortunately, my experinece was not the same as others. The first one I lit was almost impossible to draw, but what I could taste of it was quite good, just very thin due to the nearly impossible draw. I rolled the cigar between my fingers end to end, and felt what seemed like a wooden plug at one point. I proceeded to check the others, and about 1/3 were anywhere from soft to wooden at different points along the length. Most were inconsistant. I cut a few and drew them, and they were extremely inconsistant. I contemplated being one of the few stated to return this bundle, but it tasted so good that I decided to keep them anyway. I figured that maybe a larger ring would be less likely to plug, so I ordered some Churchills. Time will tell. I certainly hope I will share the experineces of others here in the future.

Excellent smoke, Price vs Performance

For being a Maduro, Andros is not so strong. Very good taste, burns excellent, good construction. One of the best deals on what you got for what you pay.

Started it for golf------Now it's my

I first wrote a note about this stick when I bought the bundle to smoke on the golf course, and indicated it was a great "burner".After trying many other brands at a higher price I have now made it my "MAIN" smoke. Right now it's holding it's own with a good Port Wine.If draw, burn, an taste is important, then buy it! For the record I tried other sizes of this brand and can not give the same inputs.

If you play golf-smoke Andross Lonsdales

The most inportant thing in golf is not to be upset by an outside agency. When you drop the Andross Lonsdale on the turf, it always comes back burning.

Smooth, full palate of flavors, cheap if 2x price.

At first, I thought I was taking a chance in ordering this bundle. I've been searching the high-end sticks to find the flavor and construction that could live up to the price tag, and was absolutely blown away by this unknown. My only fear is simply, will this be another Tamboril and be discontinued in the near future? I sincerely hope to be able to rely on a steady source for quite some time.
