Padron CigarsLittle Disapponited LatelyI have somked these for years, but I gotta say the last two boxes I bought have been average at best. Taste is lacking, burn littl e in consistent and just mediocre for the price you pay. I ve been a fan for so long, but I am switching as of now. Sorry Padron.
This review was written about Padron 3000 by Rick of Glendora, CA on August 21, 2010Not for meI was excited until I smoked it. The cigar was so light and loosely rolled, I thought it was going to fall apart. Burns quickly because so loose.
Yes it is strong but something like Spanish ducados cigarettes, one flavor no layers.
Aroma and taste somewhat interesting and unique i guess, but overall disappoints. Also, almost a throat scratcher...
Lack of smoothness is offset by interesting flavor but the construction is too much to overlook.
I was much happier with the richer Partagas Prontos.
This review was written about Padron Londres by jazzi of Canada on July 27, 2010Worth the PriceThis is one of those cases where you get what you pay for! A work of art from the first draw to the stub. Smooooth. The $5 sticks seem to all taste about the same, but you will remember this smoke. Al
This review was written about Padron 6000 by Al C. of Dublin, OH on July 15, 2010OKThese left me somewhat disappointed in Padron, these had a harsh taste to them. Somewhat sour a little, perhaps it was just me.
This review was written about Padron Corticos (6) by TK of SC on July 4, 2010(( CONSISTENT ?? ))After reviewing this cigar a second time, I find the cigar inconsistent. This cigar sports a dark brown, blotchy, rapper, that is filled with veins. The burn is uneven and ash is loose. There are faint wisps of wood in the nose, and a bitter aftertaste in the mouth, throughout the burn. The approximate burn time is 80 minuets. I can't rate this cigar again, due to its inconsistency. .
