This Robusto is much better than the box product I bought! Great burn. Taste is smooth and creamy. Firm ashe. I will definitly order a bundle soon!
This review was written about Famous Dominican 2000 Robusto by Dr Yo of NC on January 2, 2010fantastic after humi time.I wrote a review roughly a year ago on these, towards the end I said I'd report back if there were any changes... and let me say: If you don't like these at first, let them age in the humi a little bit. I am not exactly a fan of mild cigar, but with some aging, these really surprised me at the end of my bundle from last year. Fantastic at the end, one heck of a bang for the buck. I'll be ordering them again.

I received a bundle and they were ridiculous looking (the head of the cigars were...kinda lumpy to say the least). However, I smoked them and was really pleased. I didn't have a bad cigar in the bundle. I also thoroughly enjoyed each cigar. So much so, I bought another bundle. Good all around cigar (personally, I smoke these with a cup of joe).

I was really surprised to find that these cigars are an excellent value for the price. Burn exceptionally well and are well constructed. Flavor is mild with some faint nuttiness. The only drawback is their appearance--veiny and some had light marks on them. Overall, for the price, these cigars are an outstanding value.
