Acid CigarsSurprisingI don't usually go for infused cigars, but this one was a pleasant surprise. Other infused cigars I have tried in the past leave a bad aftertaste, but this one was sweet and very pleasant til the end. It went great with a strong cup of coffee at the cigar lounge, and since I chose that stick because I didn't have a lot of time to spend, I wasn't disappointed. Everything about it was top notch. Although I smoked it in the afternoon, this one would be good in the morning with coffee.
This review was written about Acid Blondie by Ed of Northern California on March 5, 2010Fullness is FavoriteI want to feel like I am smoking something. With these Acid cigars in a small package I taste and enjoy the fullness of my favorite Acids in a quicker smoke.
Red Krush is by far my favorite. The right blend of spice wholeness and overall earthiness.
If your Acid opinion lies in the red side of things, why wouldn't you try these cigars?
I am enjoying one now!
This review was written about Acid Krush Classic Red Cameroon 5/10 by Jon of Philly on March 1, 2010Larry, you are a favorite. This cigar sits in a special spot in my cigar fancies. A perfect blend of what I like so much about the Acid brand. Enough Fullness and taste to keep me happy through the whole smoke.
When my local shop gets a 'fresh' shipment in I can't skip them. (This shop is hit or miss, stale, old, dry, or freshly rolled. Go figure)
If you are starting to experience Acid cigars, this should be involved in your first taste test.
The name doesn't lie, this cigar is Extraordinary.
This review was written about Acid Extra Ordinary Larry by Jon of Philly on March 1, 2010Acquired taste may be for the better?I am not new to the Acid brand Cigars. They are my go-to, with this said. This cigar is high on my list, top 4, for Acid cigars.
The taste may distance itself from typical Acid Cigars, but this does not change the philosophy Drew Estate puts into every Acid. This Cigar Is unique, in it's fullness, to the Stages of burn as the cigar is smoked.
I feel that the design is something that makes the smoke so enjoyable; starting full force, ending smooth.
Give it a try, as an active acid buyer, I am glad i did.
This review was written about Acid Nasty by Jon of Philadelphia on March 1, 2010BIg DownerI was so excited before I smoked this. The cigar looked and smelled great. But I did not like it from the first draw. It does not have a sweet tip...and for an acid cigar it had no flavor. Boring...like a regular cigar. The Acid Blue line is weak. I can only recommend the Acid wafe. The Kubas are so overrated, The Blondie is very changeable...like smoking three different cigars. The Acid Gold and Purple lines rule...the Blue and Red disappoint. Take my advice...Stay away from the Red and Blue.
